- Online, choose the fundraising product or program you wish to do.
- Sign your school/group up online for your fundraiser. Select either a:
Brochure Order Taker Program or Quick Sale Fundraisers Fundraising Program.
- Click on the Sign-Up Button.
- Complete the Fundraising Information form
- Click the SUBMIT button.
Brochure Order Taker Programs (Gift Wrap, Holliday Shopper, Magazines, Cheesecakes, etc....)
A completed Fundraising Agreement ready for your signature will be immediately faxed back to you.
Sign & Return your Fundraising Agreement along with your Group's $100 deposit. Once your signed agreement and deposit is received, your brochures and any other material necessary for your fundraiser will be sent to you ASAP.
- Launch your fundraiser; conduct your sale; take orders and collect your customers' money when they place their order (pre-pay).
- Use EasyTally to help you count your money and sales. EasyTally eliminates the need for you to send your fundraising order forms.
- An invoice will be faxed and emailed to you. Your invoice will detail all your costs (e.g. products, brochures, brochure shipping cost, freight costs for shipping the product and any additional optional services and/or supplies you requested. Once you have received your invoice, submit your payment by either mail (for faster shipping of your product, we recommend you use next day service).
- Your product order will be processed immediately. Depending upon which fundraiser you did, your products will arrive within one to three weeks. Don't worry about being surprised about your delivery date, we track your shipment and in most cases will give you a 48 hour advance delivery notice and will try to provide a delivery time convenient for you.
- Deliver your great fundraising products to your group's customers.
- Thank everyone for his or her help.
- Award your prize program (if one was used).
- Take your right hand and reach around over should and give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done and for making the right decision to make more profit for your school/group with Fundraising Depot.
Quick Sale Fundraisers ($1 Bars, Candy, Lollipops, Scratch-Off Cards, 50 cent Sellers, etc....)
An Invoice will immediately be faxed to you along with a Fundraising Agreement. Sign & Return your Fundraising Agreement along with your Group's payment. Once your signed agreement and payment is received, your order and any other material necessary for your fundraiser will be shipped to you.
