Fundraising Depot does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers (schools/groups or any individuals associated with a particular school/group) to any third party. Fundraising Depot will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, school, group or organization name, school, group or organization information or postal address, e-mail address, phone number, user id, password, past fundraising experiences, and product commentary.

User I.D.s and passwords are used to give you member access to certain areas of Web site, and to help process customer requests and inquiries. School and organization information is used to coordinate requested fundraising efforts with those particular organizations. Product commentary, marketing feedback, and customer feedback is used to improve our site, product offerings, and services.

All user provided information is treated the same regardless of the national residency of the user providing said information.
